Keto White Chocolate Fat Bombs recipe and content provided by Sheridan Austin
You only need a few of these delicious mini chocolate fat bombs to hit your sweet spot—and thanks to each gelatin-rich bite, you’ll also nourish your gut lining with a healthy dose of glutamine.
Glutamine has been shown to support intestinal health in many ways: Studies show that it can help grow small intestinal mucosa[1] and feed a healthy gut biome, while gelatin has been shown to reduce the severity of colitis.[2] Not bad for a few rich and chewy bites.
