Paleo Frozen Coffee

Growing up, I absolutely lived for iced blended coffees filled with sugary caramel sauce and chocolate syrup…but just thinking about it today gives me a stomachache. This Paleo Frozen Coffee is the perfect low-carb alternative: It’s packed with quality fats to fuel your brain, superfood benefits from cacao powder and a perfectly sweet taste that won’t cause a sugar crash.
Cacao is one of my favorite superfoods because, well, I’m a chocoholic. But aside from amazing taste, cacao has a ton of health benefits. Raw cacao is high in antioxidants and is a great source of iron, magnesium and calcium. It has also been shown to boost your mood! I can definitely say it’s a mood-booster for me.
This coffee drink is special because it drinks like a frappé or slushie. Made with Bulletproof Original Coffee, your favorite sweetener, Bulletproof Brain Octane C8 MCT Oil and ice, it’s a paleo-friendly, keto-friendly treat you can enjoy anytime.
Paleo Frozen Coffee

Ingredients
- 2 cups ice
- 1 tbsp Brain Octane C8 MCT Oil
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tsp sweetener, such as powdered stevia
- 4 oz Bulletproof Original Coffee brewed
Instructions
- In a blender, add all ingredients except for ice and blend until incorporated.
- Add ice and blend again until mixture reaches a slushie consistency.
- Pour into a glass or tumbler and enjoy!
